You can uninstall only by deleting "KICNS.exe" file.

How to use
1) Boot KICNS app.
Double click "KICNS" Icon.
2) Select Resample method.
You can select the resample method to fill the blank images.
3) Set the image file to the area of each 8 size.
Drop the file to the area or right click the area and select image file.

4) Update Icon Images.
You can fill the blank images from largest image which you set.
