HANKO

HANKO is a tool which adds your signature image to your Sculpt Map file. It protects your work from being stolen by a screenshot etc. And it supports the aspect ratio of a Sculpt Map. HANKO means stamp in the Japanese language.

HANKO 1.0.X-1.1.X users can use their password.

Install

There is no installer.

Uninstall

You can uninstall only by deleting the file called "HANKO.exe".

A file is processed by one of the following three ways:
Your file gets it extra alpha channel by one of the following three ways:

1)Select Convert from the File menu then browse to the file you wish to change.
OR
2)Drag and drop sculpt map files into the HANKO window.
OR
3)Drag and drop your sculpt map files directly onto the HANKO program icon.

Next, the dialog which specifies the Alpha Image and the destination folder is displayed. Select the desired Alpha Image and the location where you want the files to be saved.

Click the OK button. The file is now protected.

Select Setup from the File menu. Then you can set up the following options.

-Mask Image:

You can click the Browse button, and can choose an image, or can drop and specify an image file there. If you select Alpha blend of protect method, the read image is automatically converted into the gray scale image.
The read image is automatically resized selected size. If you select Original size, the read image is automatically resized 64x64.

-Basic format of saved File:

A sculpt map is automatically optimized to the selected basic format.
You can select it from TGA:64x64,TGA:128x128 and TGA:Original size.
*The identity of the Sculpt Map by optimization of HANKO is not guaranteed.

-Protect method:

Alpha blend:

The sculpt map file which used your Mask Image as an alpha image are outputted.

Mesh Transparent:

The sculpt map file which displays your Mask Image on mesh texture is outputted.

-Display Setup Dialog before processing:

Setup dialog is displayed before performing processing.

-The folder to save files:

You can specify the output destination of the divided OBJ file.

Same Folder:

The file divided into the same folder as the inputted OBJ file is outputted.

Desktop:

The divided file is saved to your desktop.

Selected Folder:

The divided file is saved to the folder specified by you.

A trial period is for three days. In a trial period, you cannot output files.
When starting software, a dialog box asking for a serial code (license) is displayed.
After the trial period has passed, it becomes impossible to start.
